The Inner Game is about winning the mental battle—quieting the inner critic, trusting your training, and competing with calm confidence instead of hype or fear. When you focus on what you can control (attention, effort, rhythm) and let your body do what it’s trained to do, performance shows up naturally when it matters most.

DRINK DONATIONS

We will be selling SNACK BAR items at our WEEKEND meets. This is a great fundraiser for us.

Please bring a drink donation to Coach Kelly’s (511) or Coach Ayers’ Rooms (803)

Freshman = 2 eight packs of 20 oz Gatorade
Sophomore = 3 cases of (20-30) bottles of water
Junior Boys = 3 twelve packs of Coke
Junior Girls = 3 twelve packs of Diet Coke
Senior Boys = 3 twelve packs of Sprite
Senior Girls = 3 twelve packs of Dr. Pepper

Coach Ayers and Coach Kelly will check off the athlete once donation is given.

Leadership Training

For all Seniors and invited Juniors

Starting 1/29 at Flex in Room 803.

Leadership Training will be held for those interested. Attendance is required to be eligible for team captain.
